There are a few basic strategies that will give you an advantage when playing wormate.io The first is to grow your worm as fast as you can. The major advantage to this is that you become this dominate force within the sugary world around you. This increases the likelihood that a smaller character may just run into you, which you can then take their candy and grow even more (endless growth!). Keep in mind that growing very large does slow your character down, but it does give you a larger view of the map. Therefore, you can see your enemies coming from farther away.
The second strategy to implement is to use your boost to get your body in front of enemies. This is done by holding down the left mouse button. If you time it right, you can boost and swoop around to get in front of them. Remember, though, that using your boost will decrease your size (and cause you to actually poop out the junk food!). Using boost – Using your boost makes a great strategy when playing Wormate because you will manage to get in front of enemies. You, however need to be perfect with the timing so you can swoop in front just right keeping you ahead. However, it is also important to remember that whereas this does jolt you ahead of enemies, it takes up lots of your energy and your worm will decrease in size. But considering that there are lots of foods to eat on the pitch, you can still enjoy the benefit of your boost and still manage to grow as big as you want later.

The game controls on wormate.io are some of the easiest when playing .io games. Move your worm by moving your mouse around. If you slide your mouse to the right, your worm moves to the right. Move your mouse in a circular motion and your worm will emulate the movements. Aside from this, you will use your left mouse button to accelerate your worm in front of enemies to eliminate them. Note that doing so will cause you to poop out candies and decrease the size of your worm.
